Dear friends,
morning I attended an event organized by the 'University of Camerino in the days of orientation for undergraduates and graduates.
The opportunity to meet from other young people, as you know is always very welcome.
I tried to convey to these guys some messages and ideas that we shared in our many meetings, in particular, I focused attention on matters that often, not always, allow to stand out and be appreciated.
Companies are looking for young people:
- capable of dreaming and looking ahead (vision)
- curious and obviously competent
- enterprising and proactive
- determined and responsible
these elements, I believe, are necessary conditions to gain credibility within the company and then lead the revolution that is continuous innovation and change.
Who but young people can do the promoters of certain instances?
Who but young people must continue to plan a dream world (company) better?
I then asked to write a lot of these guys on this blog to see what they thought of this.
I had so many other things to say at that meeting and we can name a lot in this ....
Guys, expect your ideas, opinions, considerations, simple thoughts.
