Some post ago, I had pointed to a widespread conversion to which I was working with limited success. It was my intention to show you what I got and discuss with what you do not like and why.
My intention was to get a guy with a clothing suitable to the forest. Let me explain, I wanted to get a longhair with camouflage sleeveless jacket worn over a typical flannel shirt to the "Canadian woodsman," I wanted to create a relaxed pose with his rifle resting on his shoulder.
That said, I went to the front of the bust of the thumbnail that I used to make Dale while the legs are the same collegial . At this point, ending the easy part, implementation will prove in fact much, much more complex. While completely reconstruct the spine and the top of the jeans will prove to be a Child's play, having to build from scratch the arms will be far from easy.
First I built an armor for the arms with the pieces made from un'attache, positioned all I tried to respect the right proportions.
After that I started to "incicciottire" arms with putty. Several days later (and after discarding about 5 attempts), I got this result:
As I said, I am not satisfied with the result, but I do feel very good attempt to improve my technique, not so much about sculpture, the study of illuminations and pose ... Cmq next step is to paint all trying to cover up mistakes with a flashy paint suits, then we will see what will result.
